The Season’s Big Bang: Beach Nations Cup® presented by NESTEA in Berlin
Berlin/Zurich, 15 December 2005: The wait is over: the Beach Volleyball season kicks off with a bang in the middle of the stifling cold. Fans will experience a fantastic start into the Beach Volleyball season with the Beach Nations Cup® presented by NESTEA in Berlin (Germany) on 3-5 February 2006. Four of the world’s best Beach Volleyball nations, Germany, Norway, Spain and Switzerland, will face off for the second time an indoor tournament.
In cooperation with CEV and DVV, GSM successfully started the pilot project Beach Nations Cup® in 2005 with the tie Germany vs. Switzerland in February 2005 in Braunschweig. For the 2006 edition, the initial concept was expanded to a new dimension in Indoor-Beach Volleyball. Please find more about the 2006 concept in our “About” section.
